Contract notice: Procurement of Medicines
Amgros is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. with a view to supplying the stakeholders hospital pharmacies with pharmaceuticals as well as individual stakeholders resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, amgros i/s wishes to enter into framework agreements for the pharmaceuticals specified in section ii.2.4. the framework agreements are non-exclusive. amgros i/s resells the medicines to hospital pharmacies at amgros i/s purchase price with a surcharge. the framework agreements are entered into without a purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use amgros framework agreements.The tender number includes the following medicines: tender number: 1, atc code: b01ab02, generic name: antithrombin, dispensing form: pulv.og sol.t.inf.op, strength: 50 IU / ml, package: 1000 IU, unit value: 2.1 tu , quantity in units: 475. tender no: 1, atc code: b01ab02, generic name: antithrombin, dispensing form: pulv.og sol.t.inf.op, strength: 50 iu / ml, pack: 500 iu, unit value: 2, 1 tu, quantity in units: 147. each tender number is considered an independent partial agreement and is offered independently of the other tender numbers. a supplier can thus choose to make an offer for one, several or all tender numbers, and allocation is made separately for each individual tender number. reference is made to the tender conditions, including the submission of tenders under the individual tender numbers. under the designation quantity in units above, an estimated consumption of the medicines under the tender number is indicated, but the actual consumption may differ significantly from there. suppliers must take this into account. the background for this is that these are medicines for patient treatment in public hospitals, where the patients needs must be met. for a more detailed description, please refer to the tender conditions and the framework agreement. the one under section ii.2.6 estimated value listed below is equal to the maximum value of the partial agreement.The tender number includes the following medicines: tender number: 2, atc code: b01ac09, generic name: epoprostenol, form of dispensing: infusion solution, strength: 1.5 mg, unit value: 1 mg, quantity in units: 99. each tender number is considered an independent partial agreement and is offered independently of the other tender numbers. a supplier can thus choose to make an offer for one, several or all tender numbers, and allocation is made separately for each individual tender number. reference is made to the tender conditions, including the submission of tenders under the individual tender numbers. under the designation quantity in units above, an estimated consumption of the medicines under the tender number is indicated, but the actual consumption may differ significantly from there. suppliers must take this into account. the background for this is that these are medicines for patient treatment in the pub |
